Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for early career talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in alerts adjudication and customer reviews by conducting OSINT, gathering data, and performing various research activities.
2. Support the team in assessing customer transaction activity to identify potential risks.
3. Document findings and prepare reports for escalation to the MLRO and relevant teams.
4. Conduct basic risk assessments on new and existing customers.
5. Learn and provide support on sanctions compliance and related processes.
6. Assist in managing sanctions-related escalations under the guidance of senior team members.
7. Support ongoing assessments, compliance reviews, and ad hoc reviews as assigned.
8. Assist in preparing materials for internal training and actively participate in internal and external training programs related to sanctions.

Requirements:

• Major in Law, Economics, Social Science, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law is preferred.
• Strong reading comprehension skills with the ability to understand complex subjects.
• Data-driven with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently across functional and geographic boundaries.
• Demonstrates learning agility with a critical thinking, inquisitive, and innovative mindset.
• Eager to expand knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Good understanding of sanctions regulations is a plus.
