Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience.
• Possess a solid understanding of referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering their inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups.
• Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies.
• Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Continuously explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and other opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth. (Potential opportunity to transition into a Business Development or Operations role.).

Requirements:

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency related terminology, market trends, and Referral Pro Mode program rules.
• Ability to work flexible hours to engage effectively with KOLs and community members across different time zones.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Mature business experience with strong ownership mindset and emotional intelligence.
