We are looking for a hands-on, process-driven Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to help build and scale the infrastructure that powers marketing performance at Commerce. This role will focus on executing and optimizing key systems and workflows that support lead lifecycle management, marketing attribution, data quality, and ABM programs.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Tech Ops/IT, Analytics, and Data Solutions to ensure the integrity and performance of our tech stack—while partnering closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to build consensus across teams with competing priorities, and a solutions-first mindset. You don't just identify roadblocks—you bring ideas forward and make them happen. We're looking for someone who brings strategic thinking and systems-level awareness to the table—someone who can see the bigger picture, propose improvements, and support the long-term vision, even if not directly accountable for setting it.
