1. Respond to incoming live chats, phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
2. Identify the questions, concerns and overall needs of our diverse customers around the world.
3. Provide accurate answers and innovative solutions to meet our customers' inquiries
4. Address customer complaints with a compassionate and patient demeanour.
5. Redirect customers to the appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring a seamless experience.
6. Collaborate closely with our Support and Sales teams, as well as other departments, to guarantee our customers' overall satisfaction.
7. Follow our company's communication procedures, policies, and guidelines to maintain smooth operations.
8. Go extra mile in every duty, making our customers' satisfaction your ultimate priority.
