Service Outside Sales Representative

The Service Outside Sales representative is responsible for growing service sales in all service areas, including Service, Body Shop, and Mobile Service. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities include:

• Make customer contacts daily in person. Set up appointments by phone or email as well.
• Develop relationships with key customers to grow their business with the company.
• Be the link between the customer and service to help resolve customer issues.
• Work with all department personnel to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.
• Follow up with customers on our quality issues and work with the Service Manager to resolve any complaints.
• Learn and understand the Service SOP.
• Track all customer communication using Decisiv.
• Knowledge of Elite Support.
• Maintain Service Advisor and Elite support training in the Aftermarket Resource Center.
• Attend all department meetings.
• Complete weekly call sheets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Specific industry knowledge, including both familiarity with product lines and the overall building contractor process, is preferred but not required.
• Must have prior experience in outside sales or account management.
• Must have a valid driver's license, own reliable transportation, be able to pass MVR check, and vehicle insurance must meet company's requirements.

Reading Skills: Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Writing Skills: Must be able to write simple correspondence.
