The Role

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent who will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service to ensure the effective operation of the Front Desk. Your primary responsibility will be to attend to guest needs ensuring guest satisfaction, while building a client network and maintaining steadfast commitment to The Hay-Adams' Leading Quality Standards.
