About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to serve as the platform owner to support Beyond Finance's ambitious growth. This role will blend hands-on configuration and development with strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement. You will work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
The ServiceNow Administrator will:
- Own and manage the full ServiceNow platform lifecycle, including upgrades and maintenance.
- Drive migration to ServiceNow, ensuring a smooth and structured transition with no service disruption.
- Champion ServiceNow across teams, deliver training and support to ensure successful adoption.
- Design, configure and build core modules (incident, problem, change, CMDB, service catalog etc.)
- Create robust workflows, routing and business rules tailored to business needs.
- Assist with creation and optimization of dashboard, reporting and analytics solutions to facilitate decision making, minimize downtime and forecast support trends.
- Partner with stakeholders to extend and optimize use of platform across the organization.
- Ensure configurations follow ITIL best practices, governance and compliance standards.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.
What We Look For
- At least 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Background in IT operations or systems support.
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, CTA, CAD certifications or equivalent.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading a ServiceNow implementation or major platform migration.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide scripting, APIs and SQL.
- Experience building custom applications and configuring integrations in ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional IT projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
Base Salary Range
$90,000 - $120,000 USD
