• Support your colleagues in IT support and over 200 colleagues company-wide.
• Contribute to the execution of challenging internal IT projects.
• Together with external providers, you ensure the operation and support of LAN, WAN, and telephony services.
• You are co-responsible for the management of cloud service providers.
• You operate and support SaaS solutions.
• You ensure compliance with internal security and data protection policies.

What You Should Bring With You:

• You have a secondary school diploma level A.
• You have basic software knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of a programming or scripting language is an advantage.
• You are reliable and have analytical thinking.
• Your native language is German and communication in English does not pose any difficulties for you.
• You can easily approach people, are a team player, and enjoy working.
