The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Operations Partner to join our in-country team and help with administrative tasks. Reporting to the HR Operations Team Leader, in this position you will be interacting directly with all company staff.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Drafting employment documents and preparing personnel files (employment contracts, additional documents, job descriptions, etc.)
- Internally auditing personnel files and department-specific processes;
- Keeping track of leave records in a centralized manner, monthly timekeeping, and checking the working hours for departments working irregular hours;
- Complying with employment contract termination and drafting the related documents;
- Issuing certificates and other documents to company employees according to their requests;
- Taking ownership for the accuracy of employees' work-related data and keeping them up to date both in the internal payroll software and on the company's global platform;
- Being in charge of filling in and submitting the General Record of Employees,
- Managing, updating, and archiving personnel files;
- Maintaining the relationship with the Occupational Health and Safety Officer with a view to planning medical examinations upon employment and for pregnant employees
- Constantly updating internal policies and internal rules according to the company's needs and in-force legislation;
- Participating in the automation and update of internal softwares so as to streamline internal procedures;
- Liaising with external health and travel insurance providers so as to update the list of insurance beneficiaries;
- Provides necessary details to all employees and team managers regarding HR processes;
- Generating and processing department-specific reports;
- Liaising with the entire HR team as well as with other departments (Finance, Administration, Procurement, etc.);
Professional Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the Romanian labour legislation, including Revisal
- Qualification course in HR;
- Minimum 2 years HR experience;
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Experience with mobility cases is a plus;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
