The Safer Gaming (SG) Operations Project Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across SG teams. The role is designed around five core pillars — Training, Knowledge Base, Continuous Improvement, AI, and Product — with the goal of strengthening SG capabilities, improving efficiency, and enhancing player protection outcomes. This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong analytical, communication, and project delivery skills. The successful candidate will bridge operations, product, and technology to ensure SG teams are well-trained, well-informed, and supported by effective tools and processes.
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding programs for new SG analysts.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure knowledge retention and professional development.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop role-specific learning modules.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
· Maintain and expand the SG knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
· Act as guardian of process documentation and market-specific best practices.
· Partner with France and ROW teams to tailor knowledge management to local requirements.
· Support communication and change management for new policies or processes.
· Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve analyst efficiency.
· Collaborate with the Ops Manager and TLs to drive operational enhancements.
· Support SG leadership with data-driven insights to inform strategy.
· Lead or contribute to cross-departmental improvement projects.
· Support integration of AI tools into daily operations
· Partner with product/tech teams to test, validate, and roll out automation solutions.
· Monitor performance of AI/automation initiatives and provide feedback for improvement.
· Act as an advocate for smarter, data-driven interventions.
· Act as SG product expert, with deep knowledge of internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Yoda).
· Provide feedback to product/tech teams on tool usability and feature requests.
· Partner with analysts to ensure product adoption and correct usage.
· Represent SG in product-focused initiatives or working groups
