As a Partnership Marketing Executive, you will be part of the Events & OFM team and report directly to the Sponsorship & Activation Manager. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of sponsorship strategies that align with the organisation's objectives and brand values. This role combines sponsorship management with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of sponsorship activities into wider marketing and event initiatives.

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Sponsorship Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sponsorship strategies that align with the organisation's objectives and brand values.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors, understanding their marketing objectives and offering tailored sponsorship opportunities.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee all aspects of sponsorship projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure that all sponsorship commitments are fulfilled on time and to the highest standard.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in sponsorship, making recommendations for new initiatives or enhancements to existing programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and event teams to integrate sponsorship initiatives into broader marketing and event strategies.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for sponsorship projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximisation of return on investment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of the sponsorship.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorship programs, providing detailed reports to stakeholders and using insights to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! This job is for you if you have:

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Skilled in creating sponsorship decks, partnership proposals, and post-campaign impact reports
  • Strong copywriting and messaging alignment skills
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Native Portuguese speaker
