As the Clinical Support Specialist, you are responsible for the remote clinical support of Beta Bionics products and services within your assigned geography. You are responsible for managing the remote training journey for people with diabetes. You will be the main point of contact for the educational needs of iLet users. In partnership with Customer Support, you will be asked to assist in supporting iLet users who reach out to Customer Support and would benefit from additional clinical support. You will work along with the Clinical Diabetes Specialist to support remote training needs within their respective territories. This role requires that you work well in a collaborative environment with the ability to influence cross-functional team success. You must have strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. You will operate with a passion to serve people living with diabetes and our communities.

The annual base salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, plus an annual commission target, resulting in an annual earnings target of $93,540 - $108,540. Beta Bionics offers a competitive compensation package that includes equity and comprehensive benefit offerings.
