Retail Sales Lead For Hisense Products

As a Retail Sales Lead for our Hisense products, you’ll work across a group of Best Buy stores to engage with customers, understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll conduct store visits to educate Best Buy sales employees and ensure Hisense’s displays meet brand standards. You’ll become an expert on the full Hisense product line, demonstrate excellent customer service and drive positive sales results.

What You’ll Do

1. Regularly visit your designated Best Buy locations to support their employees, help customers and maintain department brand standards
2. Use skills learned from training to engage with customers, provide them with complete solutions and create positive experiences
3. Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth
4. Generate future opportunities by discovering customers’ current and long-term tech needs
5. Embrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones
6. Provide feedback on products and customer engagement with vendor partners, representatives and market teams

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics
• Ability to travel to all supported locations in designated store coverage
