As the Marketplace Seller Support Analyst, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to external sellers on our Marketplace platform. You will be responsible for resolving operational, technical, and administrative inquiries, ensuring sellers have a smooth and efficient experience. The role involves managing day-to-day issue resolution, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold service-level standards. This individual is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to maintain marketplace integrity and seller satisfaction. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
