Marketing Manager - CRM Strategy And Personalization

As the Manager of CRM Strategy & Personalization, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of promotional email campaigns. This includes applying strategic tactics, designing and implementing testing frameworks, and analyzing performance to drive measurable impact against key business KPIs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization; guiding and influencing without direct authority; to ensure seamless delivery of promotional communications that support enterprise priorities. This role will also include day-to-day oversight of CRM initiatives and related projects. This position plays a pivotal role in evolving our CRM capabilities, championing innovation in personalization and contact strategy to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes within the promotional space. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What You'll Do

  • Manage promotional CRM email campaign strategy, including plan development, optimization, and execution.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies designed to increase engagement (traffic), deepen relationships (CLV/Membership) and improve relevancy and contact strategy.
  • Execute campaign and content analyses (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) including general performance reporting and deep-dive analytics to share results of initiatives/testing and trends; leveraging data to derive insights, growth and optimize traffic and providing actionable insights to partners.
  • Support capability advancement by developing new ways to deliver on key business initiatives.
  • Listen and manage different points of view and work cross-functionally across businesses and with technology and operational teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or a marketing related role
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing (Email or Text or Push)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work with groups from all parts of a company to influence and inspire without authority, while effectively managing multiple hands-on projects and optimizing current strategies
  • Ability to identify and integrate emerging opportunities across multiple digital vehicles and customer messaging touch points
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
