As a Field Services Manager, you'll oversee Best Buy's installation, delivery, and repair services within your region. You'll work with marketplace and retail leadership to ensure employees have the needed services and sales knowledge, providing seamless experiences for customers. You'll lead a team of area managers and build a strong employee culture that drives positive business results. This role covers the San Diego metro area and you will need to reside within the San Diego, Escondido or Carmel Valley area.
