Job Description

To strengthen the Project team, we are looking for a Project Manager with the following roles:

In collaboration with your colleagues in the Project team and the Engineering department:

• You play an active role in the design of projects and the preparation of tenders
• You ensure optimal planning and preparation of projects
• You are responsible for the quality of the delivered projects
• You are responsible for keeping track of the budget and regularly checking the project costs.
• As the first point of contact, you ensure that information is shared as effectively as possible between the different project partners, such as customers, architects, design firms, the client, and supporting departments.

In collaboration with your colleagues from the production department:

• You prepare the actual execution of the sites and follow it up
• You ensure that the necessary materials and resources are available on site
• You guarantee compliance with safety regulations and the quality of work on the sites

Qualifications

Basic education: Civil, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, in the construction sector

Work experience: Junior profile accepted, first experience in the construction sector is a plus.

Languages: Dutch, French, and English

Skills: Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented; Team spirit and integrity; Good interpersonal and commercial skills; Strong organizational skills; Ease of use in digital environments; Management of tenders

Scope: 1 to 5 projects
