As a Maintenance Engineer you are responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of the electromechanical parts of the Krammersluizen. You carry out maintenance activities, analyze performance and contribute to continuous improvements of the maintenance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Strategy: Implement and execute preventive and curative maintenance strategies for electromechanical systems.
• Analysis and Optimization: Analyze maintenance data to monitor performance and identify improvement points.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and solve complex technical malfunctions and problems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance coordinator and the technical team to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.
• Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and technological improvements within the maintenance processes.

• A completed technical education in electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or a similar direction.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role within an industrial or infrastructure environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with maintenance software and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate in a team.
• A proactive attitude and the ambition to continuously learn and improve.
