From Schelle, you will work for BESIX Infra Support – the shared service center for the specialized contractors of the BESIX Group. We mainly provide services for BESIX Unitec and BESIX Infra, as well as the subsidiaries of these companies. All information can be found on the websites.

Functieomschrijving

An internship with a focus on functional analysis and support in project management. The following tasks will soon challenge you:

• Helping to develop business, functional, and technical documentation
• Preparing test scenarios and following up on test results
• Assisting in the preparation of schedules and project status reports
• Participating in project meetings
• Supporting ongoing projects

Period and Project:

• An internship period of 8 weeks, ideally starting in September or February, where you will work on the following projects:
• Master Data project
• ERP migration preparation
• Structuring of document management and project follow-up

Supervisor:

• The intern will be guided by the team lead and project manager (depending on the internship focus).

• You have at least a bachelor's or master's degree.

• You want to gain practical experience in a collegial environment with a focus on service for the internal client.

• You work fluently with MS Office.
• You speak fluent Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
