We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Advisor who will help our organization in realizing its ambitions. As an HR Advisor, you will be an important link between the HR team and the employees and contribute to an optimal work environment for all our employees.

As an HR Advisor, you are responsible for advising both employees and managers on various HR issues. You act as a sparring partner and support the development of HR policies that contribute to achieving the organization's objectives. Your tasks include:

• Advising managers and employees on HR-related issues, such as absenteeism, employee benefits, performance management, and legislation and regulations.
• Supporting the recruitment process and guiding the onboarding process for new employees.
• Managing the absenteeism policy and initiating actions to improve employee satisfaction and well-being.
• Managing personnel administration and providing reports.
• Implementing and improving HR processes and systems.
• Contributing to the development of HR policies and culture within the organization.
• Guiding employees in their personal development and stimulating talent management.

An enthusiastic and driven HR Advisor who recognizes themselves in the following profile:

• Minimum of a higher professional education in HR or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role (preferably 3+ years).
• Knowledge of current HR and labor legislation.
• Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on work mentality.
• Experience in advising managers and coaching employees.
• You are flexible, results-oriented, and can easily switch between strategic and operational levels.
• You have very good language skills NL-FR-ENG.
