BESIX Infra is the knowledge-driven contractor for road construction on the Flemish and Brussels markets, active in road construction, sewerage, environmental remediation, and the construction of public spaces.

From Schelle, you will work for BESIX Infra Support – the shared service center for the specialized contractors of the BESIX Group. We mainly provide services for BESIX Unitec and BESIX Infra, as well as the subsidiaries of these companies. All information can be found on the websites.

BESIX Infra Support is looking for a Legal Counsel for its location in Schelle.

Job Description

The challenge

BESIX Schelle is on the verge of a strategic migration from Navision to Business Central. Within our application team, various projects are underway, of which ERP is a key pillar. To structurally strengthen our internal knowledge, we are looking for a colleague with a strong affinity for ERP support and application management.

Your role

As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for internal users with ERP-related questions. You will be responsible for daily support, analyze incidents, and help ensure the stable operation of our ERP environment.

Your tasks:

  • Handling first- and second-line support questions via tickets (functional and technical)
  • Daily management of Navision (and later Business Central)
  • Supporting testing and validations for changes
  • Escalating complex problems where necessary, and following up on structural issues
  • Documenting processes, procedures, and user manuals

You will work closely with colleagues from the application team: business analysts, developers, project managers.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in ERP support or application management (with knowledge of Navision and/or Business Central)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Affinity with IT and ERP processes; basic knowledge of development is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch; basic knowledge of French/English is sufficient
  • You work structured and are accurate in your follow-up
