To strengthen our teams in the Civil Engineering department, we are looking for a Civil Engineering Supervisor. This involves tackling innovative challenges and working mainly on wastewater treatment plants and various civil engineering structures.

Encoding and tracking:

• labor services
• orders and delivery notes
• machine counters
• invoice allocations

Processing and verifying reports for material, accounting, and personnel services

Interface between workers and internal departments (HR, accounting, ...)

Administrative support (correspondence, technical files, financial reporting, ...)

Participation in purchases (comparisons, purchase orders, sourcing, tenders)

You have previous experience in an administrative role;

Previous experience in a technical or industrial environment is an asset;

You have good administrative skills and excellent mastery of Office tools;

You show rigor, autonomy, and proactivity;

You are a trustworthy person, capable of handling confidential information;

You have a good sense of communication and a team spirit;
