Job Description
In collaboration with the Projects and Production departments:
- You establish the technical studies intended for the edition of commercial offers;
- You offer innovative technical solutions to the sales teams (comparisons and variants);
- You assist the Project Manager in its questions related to the project design, particularly the risk and opportunity analyses;
- You assist the Project Manager during its exchanges with various external partners such as architects, design offices, clients, and control bodies.
- You produce and/or supervise the technical and economic optimization studies related to the execution of the project;
- You participate in the start meetings of high-tech sites;
- You ensure a technical support role on the sites;
- You participate in the elaboration and optimization of "methods statements" based on the feedback from operational teams.
In collaboration with your colleagues from the Engineering team:
- You contribute to the continuous innovation processes aimed at meeting environmental challenges such as: reuse of existing elements, innovative techniques and materials, new calculation methods, etc.
- You are involved in the development and follow-up groups related to research and international technical literature, the academic world, and normative commissions.
- You produce analyses beyond the geotechnical scope such as calculations of reinforced concrete or metallic structures.
- You participate in the various technical and social events and activities of the department and the company.
Qualifications
Basic education: Geotechnical, civil, or industrial engineer
Professional experience: 5 years within a structural or geotechnical design office
Languages: You master French and practice professional English
Skills: Co-construction abilities, critical thinking and synthesis, results-oriented, rigorous, and creative.
