Senior Operations Project Coordinator

The Senior Operations Project Coordinator supports ongoing and future initiatives within the Operations team, focusing on vendor management and client data integrity. They assist with the billing process for subcontractor partners and ensure regular reporting for contractual compliance. The role also involves short-term project management and providing facilities support. This position is essential for aligning projects with the firm's growth and operational objectives.

You Will

  • Independently evaluate existing operations workflows; design and implement process improvements; document SOPs; and drive adoption across stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational initiatives; advise leaders on risks, dependencies, and recommended approaches.
  • Maintain operational controls for subcontractor billing and contractual compliance; interpret requirements and ensure adherence; recommend corrective actions.
  • Resolve routine vendor, invoicing, and inventory exceptions using judgment and established guidelines; escalate only non-routine/high-risk issues.
  • Prioritize and manage the operations project intake queue, balancing competing deadlines; set project plans, milestones, and follow-up cadence.
  • Work efficiently under the direction of multiple supervisors and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Manage work requests and communications from multiple channels, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

You Have

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stay ahead of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent time management, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate courteously, articulately, and professionally via video, in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with diverse teams and personalities
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and new challenges in a dynamic work environment

Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $50,000 - $65,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
