The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team and acts as a champion for Integritus Healthcare's culture and core values and our Standards of Conduct. This role is responsible for implementing employee engagement strategies and overseeing all facility-level human resources functions. Key responsibilities include recruitment and retention, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and policy implementation. The position also provides support and guidance on employee engagement, disciplinary actions, and employee relations issues.
