Experience in plumbing service, repair, or operations (leadership experience strongly preferred) 3-5 years.
Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
Knowledge of fleet dispatch, logistics, and service software (ServiceTitan a plus).
Comfortable working in both the office and field as needed (including climbing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in attics when required).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Solid organization and time management abilities.
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word).
