About Your Role

Analyze technical and business procedures and assist in the development of detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Develop, code, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install computer software. Support our development and deployments that are utilized by internal and external customers. Work closely with the product, service, resource vendors, and peer application development teams to deliver quality Contact Service Technology applications following established distributed standards and guidelines.

What You'll Do

Lead in developing complex applications based upon technical and functional specifications. Solve production issues and determine root cause. Assist in the development of applications adhering to technical and functional standards. Under limited direction, research, define, and complete required additions and changes to Contact Service Technology applications. Under limited direction, analyze technical specifications for creation of new or enhancing existing applications for compatibility with other systems. Participate in strategic planning sessions and technical discussions and demonstrate the ability to assist in translating ideas into technical designs.

Experience You'll Need To Have

5+ years of experience working with Apex, Salesforce's proprietary programming language. 5+ years of experience with Visualforce and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC). 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. 4+ years of experience working with declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules). 4+ years of experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, Metadata API). 4+ years of experience with source management tools including GitLab, TFS, Harness, Jenkins and ability to resolve architectural problems including scalability, performance, reliability, usability & security. 1+ years of experience working with Fiserv systems.

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

Knowledge of integration patterns and external system connectivity. Writing unit tests in Apex. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata). Knowledge of Jira, Confluence. Use of scripting, DevOps practices including CI/CD processes, containerization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a motivation to achieve best-in-class results.
