What Does a Successful Client Services Representative Do?

You will provide support to a diverse portfolio of financial institutions, facilitating seamless interactions and empowering our clients with exceptional service. What You Will Do:

Respond to client inquiries and investigate client issues related to production, quality, delivery schedules, and specifications.

Provide critical information to other departments to aid in the swift resolution of client problems.

Diagnose, define, and resolve client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.

Develop strong client relationships by effectively expediting complaint resolutions.

Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them updated and notified about the status of their concerns via calls and/or Client 360.

Compile and provide detailed reports and activity logs for both management and client reviews.

Stay well-versed in Fiserv's print products and services, particularly Statement Advantage and print ready documents, to provide knowledgeable support.

What You Will Need to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, and/or equivalent work or military experience.

2+ years of experience in client support or key account management.

2+ years of experience in problem-solving client issues and developing client relations.

2+ years of experience using client service technologies and methodologies.

2+ years of experience providing detailed reports and activity logs for management and client review.

What Would Be Great to Have:

3+ years of experience in financial services or fintech industry.

3+ years of experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Client 360.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Fiserv's product suite, particularly Statement Advantage.

3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Important Information About This Role:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
