What does a successful Application Support – Advisor I do at Fiserv?
As an Application Support – Advisor I, you will require knowledge of Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and the configurations of the local software installed on the predominant ATM vendors in the US to troubleshoot and determine root causes of Terminal or network related issues.
You will support client issues related to ATMs, develop support utilities and applications for managing ATM troubleshooting and monitor performance of the ATMs which Fiserv platforms drive.
This will include addressing client/vendor/internal escalated requests for assistance as well as engaging with implementation and production support teams on the troubleshooting and root cause identification of ATM Related issues.

Salary Range $110,000.00 - $186,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
