This role is primarily focused on managing customer product, SELECT, fulfilment and invoicing. In addition, the potential candidate will work with the Bentley Sales to maximize Bentley's revenue opportunity in Japan through effective management and administration of SELECT contracts.
Responsibilities:
Education/experience/skill requirements: Fluent English is mandatory. BS/BA in Management, International Business or equivalent related business experience. At least 5 years of Order Management, Contract Management experience is desirable. Experience in Salesforce, Workday and CRM & SAP, or an equivalent ERP Teamwork Detail orientation; Analysis; Work under pressure; Decision Making Authority; Day to day management for responsible accounts in JP Problem Solving Responsibility: Identify critical issues and find out solutions, and report to the manager if escalation or decision-making is required.
