Bentley Systems is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Software Engineer to help build and evolve one of the most critical internal products powering our global operations. This platform is central to how Bentley designs, builds, and delivers world-leading software for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. In this role, you won't just be writing code—you'll help shape how Bentley builds products at scale.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will design, implement, and continually improve the services and features that thousands of Bentley colleagues rely on every day. You will play a key role in our engineering transformation, driving forward secure development practices, modern architectures, cloud-first approaches, and fully automated CI/CD pipelines. Your work will have multiplier effects across the company—accelerating innovation, improving workflows, and enabling faster delivery of our external products.
You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, define the roadmap, and ensure adoption as the platform evolves. This role requires strong technical depth, a product-centric mindset, and the ability to mentor others while contributing to a culture of quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
