Description

Duties:

Educates Drivers/Contractors on FMCSA Hours of Service Rules According to FMCSA Section 395.

Audits Driver's Logs using provided tools to ensure that all Bennett Drivers/Contractors remain compliant with FMCSA Section 395.

Supplies Point of Contact Customer Service for Drivers/Contractors inquiries regarding wither driver RODS or ELDs.

Any other tasks assigned by the Hours of Service Manager.

Requirements:

Must possess excellent communication skills and have at least 2 years Customer Service experience.

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidate will be computer knowledgeable and proficient in all Microsoft applications.

10-Key experience is a must.
