As a key account manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of Sweden's largest companies. With commercial ownership of your accounts, you'll drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll work proactively to understand customer needs, maximize the value of our platform, and strengthen customer relationships.
