We are looking for Operation Interns to help operators of travel activities maximize the benefits of using our network and booking system by providing them the highest quality level of support they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Upload, update, and maintain accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, availability, media assets, and other relevant details.
• Write, copyedit, and optimize content for product pages and related sales platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all product content, structure, and setup adhere to established guidelines before activation with distribution partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate API integrations, including managing product mapping, validating API functionality, and conducting comprehensive product testing.
• Communicate with partner operators using our platform or integrated booking systems, working alongside the Supply Business Development team to facilitate seamless onboarding and align the booking flow prior to product activation.
• Navigate supplier portals to gather necessary information for creating new products or updating existing ones, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
• Work closely with the Distribution Business Development and Customer Service teams, providing support in clarifying product information, managing product updates (such as closure notices), transitioning from manual fulfillment to API integrations, and keeping track of new product requests.

• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours when needed.
• Relevant experience in similar roles (such as Operations Support, Content Editor or Account Executive) is a plus.
