Build the editorial and marketing partnerships strategy
Determine the best tools and levers to develop our artists and their catalog on digital platforms and streaming
Define a pitch for each artist/project
Participate in the elaboration of digital release strategies with LM/ARM and sometimes directly with labels/artists
Analyze the data to refine the strategy
Maintain a strong expertise on playlisting and the promotion strategies of our artists on DSPs (innovation logic)
Ensure strong visibility on the artist's catalog
Optimize artist profiles on platforms:
Ensure their presence on playlists, personalized recommendations & other key spaces
Negotiate marketing and editorial spaces available on platforms to promote our artists and their catalogs
Execution of the editorial and marketing partnerships plan
Ensure the deployment of the editorial and marketing partnerships plan
Follow the retroplanning
Respect the deadlines given
Analyze the data for the follow-up of projects and results
Creation
Elaborate, with the labels, marketing devices, embodying the universe of the platforms in an expert way
Imagine, create innovative and creative marketing partnerships with streaming platforms
Create content on social networks and on platforms
External Relation
Maintain trustful relationships with all the French digital platforms to ensure an optimal positioning for Believe
Develop a co-construction work with all the platforms
Pitch the projects to all the platforms to ensure playlist inclusions
Negotiate editorial and/or marketing opportunities
Veille
Follow the market evolutions, the new trends and the innovative actions
Find new innovative methods to give visibility to the catalogs of our artists
Participate in the construction and improvement of EMP tools and internal processes
Create case studies
Inform the internal teams during meetings on the new functionalities, the new opportunities (editorial & marketing)
You are passionate about music and have a good understanding of the current market and its trends.
First experience (internship, alternation) in the music industry, the digital or the marketing is an asset.
You show a marked interest in digital technologies, streaming platforms, and the opportunities offered by digital marketing.
You are comfortable with digital and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking tools).
You are organized, rigorous, and able to manage several missions in parallel.
You like to work in a team and know how to communicate effectively.
You can respect deadlines and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Your English is fluent in writing and speaking.
