Your role is Engineering Support Technician. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with Engineering leads and direct reporting to the Operations Manager.

Your job scope includes:

• Assist during sea trials, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently alongside the engineering team.
• Carry out all pre-deployment checks and logistical preparations before every trial or field session.
• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance on vehicles to uphold reliability and safety standards.
• Operate and pilot the vehicle as required during testing, transport, or demonstration activities.
• Assist engineers with data collection, equipment setup, and execution of test protocols in the field.
• Record observations, maintenance logs, and trial outcomes accurately for engineering review.

Desired qualities include:

• Willing to step into unfamiliar technical domains and contribute meaningfully beyond a single area of expertise.
• Proactively seeks to understand new systems, tools, and methodologies with minimal hand-holding.
• Follows procedures rigorously and flags issues early, especially in marine or high-stakes environments.
• Communicates clearly with engineers and adapts quickly to shifting priorities during field operations.
• Comfortable getting into the technical details of physical systems, from mechanical to electrical components.
• Stays calm and effective in dynamic field conditions, including offshore or variable-weather environments.
• A diploma or degree in any relevant discipline is welcome. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
