Senior CRM & Performance Marketing Manager

As an interface between both teams, we are looking for a Senior CRM & Performance Marketing Manager to support us with joy in working with data, numbers, processes, and responsibility.

Tasks

Data & Reporting

  • Building and maintaining a reporting framework to measure marketing and sales KPIs.
  • Implementing dashboards for real-time insights (HubSpot) for management and teams.
  • Developing data-based insights to optimize campaigns, funnel efficiency, and customer journey.

Optimization of CRM (HubSpot) and implementation of marketing processes

  • Responsibility for the optimization of the existing CRM HubSpot as the central hub for all marketing processes & data
  • Optimization and creation of contact and deal pipelines, automations, workflows, and lead scoring models.
  • Close cooperation with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure clean data quality and smooth processes.

Performance Marketing

  • Control and success control of paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) together with our external performance agency.
  • Development of a cross-channel attribution logic to assess campaign success.
  • Continuous optimization of budgets, creatives, and target groups based on data analyses.

Interface function

  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, founder team, sales, operations, product) to define KPIs and derive measures.
  • Coordination and sparring with our external performance marketing agency.
  • Ensuring a transparent flow of information between agency, marketing team, and management.

Qualification

  • Completed degree in business, marketing, data analytics or comparable.
  • First practical experience in performance marketing or growth area, ideally in a startup.
  • Profound knowledge of Hubspot.
  • Very good analytical skills, confident use of tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working method.
  • Affinity for data-based decisions and a desire to implement things hands-on.
