Senior CRM & Performance Marketing Manager

In the Marketing Team, we ensure that prospects become aware of us and our sales team is supplied with sufficient leads through various activities. In the Operations Team, we ensure that all internal processes run smoothly – efficiently, reliably, and service-oriented.

As a bridge between both teams, we are looking for a Senior CRM & Performance Marketing Manager to support us who enjoys working with data, figures, processes, and responsibility.

Tasks

  • Development and maintenance of a reporting framework for measuring marketing and sales KPIs.
  • Implementation of dashboards for real-time insights (HubSpot) for management and teams.
  • Development of data-based insights to optimize campaigns, funnel efficiency, and customer journey.
  • Responsibility for the optimization of HubSpot as the central CRM system.
  • Optimization and creation of contact and deal pipelines, automations, workflows, and lead scoring models.
  • Close cooperation with sales and marketing to ensure clean data quality and smooth processes.
  • Control and success management of paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) together with our external performance agency.
  • Development of a cross-channel attribution logic to assess campaign success.
  • Continuous optimization of budgets, creatives, and target groups based on data analyses.
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Founder Team, Sales, Operations, Product) to define KPIs and derive measures.
  • Coordination and sparring with our external performance marketing agency.
  • Ensuring a transparent flow of information between the agency, marketing team, and management.

Qualification

  • Completed degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or comparable.
  • First practical experience in performance marketing or growth area, ideally in a startup.
  • Profound knowledge of Hubspot.
  • Very good analytical skills, confident use of tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working method.
  • Affinity for data-based decisions and a desire to implement things hands-on.
