Job Description

Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar and SEA region.

Expand and strengthen the customer base by actively hunting for new accounts across target industries.

Further develop and maximize sales potential from existing customers through strong account management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and partners.

Create market awareness and promote product ranges through marketing activities, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Plan and execute successful new product launches in target markets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Formulate pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and on-time delivery.

Provide after-sales support and technical service to strengthen long-term customer loyalty.

Work closely with customers to identify opportunities to improve their product quality and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement sales strategies for the Spray PVDF business and other coil product lines.

Achieve sales targets and deliver sustainable business growth in the assigned regions.

Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Promote and adhere to company Environmental Health & Safety policies, and take responsibility for maintaining safe working practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 7–10 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably within the coatings, paint, or coil industry.

Demonstrated track record of successfully developing new markets and managing regional accounts.

Additional Information

Strong sales hunter mindset with proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Capable of working independently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.

Strong business acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities in competitive markets.

Proficient in IT systems and software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Ability to travel frequently within Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Myanmar.

Mandarin language proficiency is a must (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and partners.
