We are looking to grow our airport team based in Auckland. We are looking for an intermediate to Senior Civil Engineer to join our diverse team who prides themself on high levels of performance for a varied client base. You love to learn and share knowledge and someone who can bring a fresh perspective. You are a Civil Engineer with a passion for airports and aviation. You will have gained your experience from consultancy or a similar environment. Ideally, you will have experience in heavy-duty pavement design and a broad understanding of the aviation infrastructure. Knowledge or skills in design software including APSDS, FAARFIELD, Civil 3D, 12D, Aviplan, and AutoCAD suite is useful. You will be responsible for undertaking the design or to lead part of the projects and oversee project life cycles from concept through to construction and handover. As part of our team, you will gain experience in writing proposals, designing airfield facilities, producing design documentation such as feasibility studies, design basis reports, design layouts, specifications and detailed construction drawings, undertaking maintenance inspections and pavement inspection reporting and on-site monitoring of construction work.
