As part of our team at BearingPoint Products, you will work on innovative solutions and assets in true partnership with market-leading customers.

You will offer 2nd- and 3rd-level support for SAP logistics processes, specifically in the area of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).

Your Tasks:

• Working on managed services projects of our customers in remote mode
• Implementation of organizational and technical changes in the SAP system and their continuous development
• Carrying out migration activities and mass maintenance
• Documentation of SAP processes and creation of progress reports
• Close cooperation with customers for the establishment and implementation of 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Supporting and advising customers on daily challenges, incidents, and best practices in SAP TM
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Understanding the business processes in the area of Transportation Management
• Creation of specifications for professional and technical developments
• Analysis of existing processes, identification of gaps, development and implementation of solutions
• Detailed error analysis and troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintenance of the knowledge database
• Supporting our customers in their digital transformation through innovative technologies
• Continuous training in new SAP solutions and best practices

• Completed studies or equivalent professional experience in the field of business, analytics or information technology
• Professional experience with SAP TM
• SAP certifications are advantageous
• Good knowledge of SAP TM processes as well as the integration with SAP SCM and SAP EWM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Good knowledge in configuration (SPRO)
• Experience in dealing with ticket systems (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and explanation skills
• Prominent analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Willingness to learn and self-motivated personality with a drive for constant improvement
• Ability to prioritize and independent working style
• Very good German and English skills

You have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. It starts at EUR 3,175 gross per month. We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualification and experience.
