Our Salesforce Platform Services is a rapidly growing area in our company. In addition to consulting services, development, and support, we offer our customers full support for their Salesforce implementations, from the development of the business case to the support of the users. We work with all common Salesforce clouds and technologies. For this team, we are looking for reinforcement in the areas of consulting, business analysis, and architecture design. Furthermore, it is especially important to us for this position that you as an applicant have a high aptitude and the motivation to work in new systems and bring experience in dealing with customers, e.g. conducting workshops. Your Tasks:

• You develop and configure tailored Salesforce solutions with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
• Together with the team, you optimize existing processes and implement complex requirements in meaningful CRM solutions
• You design thoughtful implementation and interface concepts
• You independently implement customer requirements and exchange directly with our subject matter experts
• Close cooperation with colleagues from development, analysis, and consulting is a matter of course for you
• In tests, rollouts, and support measures, you bring your know-how into play

What Makes You Stand Out To Us:

• You already have extensive experience with Salesforce – ideally with a focus on administration, customization, and development
• You know the Salesforce data structure well and know how to effectively map processes and reports
• Terms like APEX, Lightning Components, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs are not foreign words for you
• You like to work structured, bring your own ideas and look for the best solution for our customers
• Salesforce certifications like DEV I or DEV II are a plus, but not a must
• You convince with a professional and sympathetic appearance and possess very good language skills in German and English
• And above all: You have fun with what you do, like to work in a team and want to develop yourself

You have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. It starts at EUR 3,800 gross per month. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on qualification and experience.
