Your Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize new business ideas
• Deliver solutions both classically and with agile methods, coordinating both technically and professionally
• Close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and various business units
• Support development teams in solution implementation
• Develop customized delivery model concepts in the context of agile requirements engineering for our clients
• Cross-departmental knowledge transfer between different delivery units
• Working with epics, user stories, and use cases is part of the daily business
• Participation in the strategic development of the domain of agile requirements engineering in the company

What We Look For:

• Completed technical studies and/or comparable professional experience/qualifications, preferably in an agile project environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Broad understanding and knowledge of current IT technologies and trends
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and high problem-solving skills
• Strong team and communication skills
• Willingness to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Willingness to travel

You have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. It starts at EUR 3,175 gross per month, but we are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
