This role will play a key role in the creation of global brand strategy, creative and developing programs, assets, and tools for key PBMCs to realize the brands' vision. This role will focus on servicing PBMCs needs, the U.K. being a key focus for implementation and main centre of gravity for the brand. Work will encompass building out compelling vision, strategy, creative and brand experiences, along with creating the key assets and tools to execute on that vision, for PBMCs and the U.K. market. Working with key cross-functional and agency partners, this role will assist the overall Sipsmith team with the creation of mid-term strategic marketing objectives and strategies, and will lead asset development, innovation management, enabling market teams to deliver against volume, sales and profit growth objectives each year.

· University educated or Equivalent Experience (Business/Marketing preferred)
· 7+ years brand management experience or creative/innovation management experience
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to operate and influence across multiple levels
· Strong cultural awareness and curiosity with the ability to drive strong relationships and influence across streams in different markets to deliver global programs
· Strategic and commercial thinker, with the ability to deliver structured thinking and analysis, which shows knowledge of key metrics and levers to pull to achieve goals
· A track record in bringing new thinking and ideas to a business/brand in order to accelerate growth.
· Creative and passionate brand builder and thinker, who has a deep passion and understanding of consumer culture, global trends and the value of strong creative
· Strong experience of working with and managing agency teams
· Track record of cross-functional team leadership and motivation/enthusiasm for break-through marketing
· Able to work well in a fast paced, cross-functional environment, and navigate ambiguity
· Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects in a timely manner
