For this role, we require candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the video games industry and a proven track record in customer support. You will be responsible for distilling complex ideas into simpler terms, providing patient and positive assistance, and handling user queries across the various platforms of Beam. We are looking for creative thinkers with strong communication skills, capable of generating high-quality educational resources and working collaboratively with product teams to enhance user experience. Your day-to-day activities as a team-member in Support can include:

• Assist the Head of Support in the development of the current knowledge base of support articles
• Assist in the development of the support website
• Gathering user feedback and questions to create new support articles
• Answering user queries through Zendesk
• Answering user queries through Telegram
• Answering user queries through Twitter
