We're seeking a highly experienced contract recruiter to join our team in an embedded capacity, focused exclusively on high-volume sales hiring. This role requires deep expertise in outbound recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles in the employee benefits industry. You'll be responsible for developing strong candidate pipelines, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals.
$50 - $75 an hour
Please note: This is a temporary 1099 contract role and is not eligible for Beam employee benefits. The engagement is project-based and will conclude upon completion of the defined hiring goals or by mutual agreement.
