Job Title: Sales Associate

Reports to: Store Manager

Average hourly: $18-$22 (base pay: $15 an hour base plus incentives and uncapped commission)

We are now looking for our next Associate Store Manager to serve as a people-loving, growth-hungry leader who's ready to take their career to the next level.

We're currently hiring Sales Associates for our new Springville location! We are looking for someone who's excited to grow and make a big impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store management in overall the efforts of the store's performance and appearance.
• Greeting customers, giving tours, responding to questions, improving engagement with products and services and providing outstanding customer service.
• Meeting monthly personal goals and going the extra mile to increase store sales.
• Protect customer information and accurately manage financial transactions.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of store by completing daily chores and weekly deep cleans of equipment.

This is a new store, which means things will change and evolve quickly. We need a Sales Associate who is:

• Comfortable with change – Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
• Growth-minded and resilient – Motivated through slow early traffic and ready to build something great
• Sales- and marketing-focused – Confident following a proven sales process and excited to connect with the community

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma preferred
• Available to work flexible shifts
• 3 or more months of related retail experience preferred
