What You'll Be Doing:

· Represent Beaches at community events, pop-ups, and promotional activities.

· Support marketing campaigns through coupon distribution, event logistics, and social promotions.

· Assist with business outreach, including contacting and building relationships with local partners.

· Help coordinate and schedule employees for events and marketing shifts.

· Contribute to campaign planning, brainstorming, and execution alongside the Marketing Team.

· Track results and provide updates to the Marketing Manager on campaign and outreach effectiveness.

· Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through with professionalism and accuracy.

What You'll Bring:

· 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· A professional, confident presence when engaging with the public or businesses.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

· Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.

· Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends for events.

· Reliable transportation for business and community activities.
