Sales Representative – Salt Lake City, UT

Lifespan Bath Remodel is growing fast, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Salt Lake City team. This position focuses on running pre-qualified, warm leads for homeowners interested in high-quality bath conversions and luxury remodels — as well as generating your own additional leads to boost your income and growth potential. What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to present and sell Lifespan's bath remodel solutions
• Run company-provided pre-qualified leads and develop self-generated leads
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, pricing, and sales process
• Manage leads, follow up on past clients, and generate referrals and repeat business
• Re-engage ("rehash") with unsold appointments to close additional sales
• Clearly communicate sold projects with the production manager
• Report lead results and activity daily in our online CRM
• Collaborate with teammates and motivate one another to succeed
• Set annual income goals with the General Manager and build a plan to achieve them
• Occasionally attend weekend appointments and trade shows
• Drive safely and responsibly to and from appointments

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience (in-home preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• iPad for digital presentations and CRM use
• Ability to pass a background check
