About the Role

As an Office Assistant / Sales Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, supporting our team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, at our Utah location.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls professionally, make outbound calls to warm leads, and schedule sales appointments for our representatives.
• Showroom Hospitality: Warmly greet walk-in customers and prospects, guiding them through our showroom to showcase our offerings.
• CRM Management: Track and manage leads using our company CRM (Jobber) to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups.
• Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with daily tasks to streamline business operations and contribute to company goals.
• Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and drive success.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of customer service or reception experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail. Ability to quickly learn new software, including our CRM system.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Work Ethic: Strong discipline, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
